1. Acceptance

By downloading or using Salah Daily you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

2. What the app is

Salah Daily is a free prayer-times, Qibla, prayer-tracking and learning tool. It is provided for personal, non-commercial use.

3. For education only — verify with a scholar

The wudu guide, rakah counts, prayer lessons, duas and other religious content are for education only and may contain mistakes. They are not a fatwa. Please verify everything with your trusted mufti or scholar before acting on it.

4. Accuracy of times and Qibla

Prayer times and the Qibla direction are calculated from your location and the method you choose, and may differ slightly from your local mosque or authority. Phone compasses can be inaccurate near metal or magnets. Please confirm important times locally.

5. Alerts

Alerts depend on your phone's settings (notifications, alarms, battery optimisation, Do Not Disturb). We cannot guarantee delivery on every device, so please do not rely on them as your only reminder.

6. Audio and third-party content

Recitation audio is streamed from public Quran audio services and needs an internet connection. Those services have their own terms. The app's text and design belong to Rocket Lab; Quran text, recitations and translations belong to their respective owners.

7. Acceptable use

Do not copy, resell, reverse engineer or misuse the app, or use it to harm others.

8. No warranty and limitation of liability

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rocket Lab is not liable for any loss arising from your use of the app, including missed prayers, inaccurate times or religious rulings.

9. Changes

We may update the app and these terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the new terms.
